From Ballroom to Boulevard: Creating a Parisian Courtyard Wedding Lunch When a bride says, “I want to feel like I’m having lunch in Paris—not in a banquet hall,” that’s not a theme. That’s a cinematic vision, And that’s when I had to show off to the world that I am the Creative Head at Moment Makers. When i put pen to paper I knew this one needed more than florals and a mood board. It needed magic. The Concept: Draw Paris Into Existence

I started by designing illustrated Parisian façades in black and white, turning the banquet walls into sketched street views—café fronts, bicycles, iron balconies. A checkerboard floor added French café charm. And blush drapes with crystal chandeliers cascaded from the ceiling like soft Parisian clouds. The Decor: Rosé Dreams and Garden Fountains Gone were banquet chairs. In came golden café Dior – style seating, round tables in soft blush, and the centerpiece: a floral fountain overflowing with pastel blooms.

Vintage carts doubled as patisserie stands. Wrought iron tables and cascading urns created corners of curated whimsy. The Champagne Girls: Live Props with Parisian Flair This wasn’t just décor—it was theatre.
Enter our Champagne Girls: performers in glittering sequin bodysuits, gliding through the space, pouring champagne into emplty flutes the moment they spotted one. Some floated on aerial rings, others swung gracefully over florals, all shimmering like stars in the afternoon light.

The Moment: Where Magic Meets Detail Design is more than aesthetics—it’s a feeling. From the gentle hum of a French playlist to the swirl of soft fabrics and clinking of glasses, we brought Paris alive. Every guest who stepped in didn’t just say “Wow”—they said, “This feels like Paris.” That’s when you know you’ve done it right.
